Happy New Year: The Day Zero Project

I'm pretty certain that your bloglovin feeds and dashboards are full to brim-and bursting, with 2013 summaries, 'resolution' and 'new year goals' posts. As it happens, I am going to add to this already rather repetitive mix, but hopefully in a more intriguing style. Thus, I introduce you to the 'Day Zero project'. I've compiled a collage of my favourite photos from 2013. I guess this year, albeit a few ups and downs, has been brilliant. Thank you for supporting me along this little blogging journey, and I hope this is a new year post of many to come!

Due an extreme lack of motivation and an excess of procrastination I am forever putting off things I have always wanted to do. A little while ago I stumbled across the 'Day Zero' Project on the lovely Islay's Blog, and I absolutely fell in love with it. The idea of the project is to write out a list of 101 things, or 'tasks' that you have always wanted to complete, and then go on to complete them in 1001 days. I thought that this is a lovely idea as having a list to refer back to, as well as a set 'deadline' making a brilliant source of motivation. I have split my list into different categories, so I hope you enjoy following my quest of felicity (fancy pants phrase meaning a search for eternal happiness) which consists of completing all 101 of these individual quests!

Start Date: 1st January 2014
Finish date: 28th September 2016

The ones that I have completed, I have made pink
The ones that I am currently doing, I have made blue
The Ones that I have not completed I have made black

    1. Thank you Eleanor! I think its a good way of completing some personal goals rather than a new years resolution list on a scrap of paper that I forget about in two seconds hahaha. Plus you lovely bloggers help keep me motivated which is amazing! I hope you make some resolutions/goals, and let me know if you do! Lots of love, Lauryn x
